It’s been a great pleasure to stay at this unique boutique hotel. The hotel was beautiful and comfortable and also felt very private and quiet. Breakfast times were long, so we didn’t need to worry about rushing to make it. The staff was all consistently amiable, helpful & welcoming. We would especially like to mention Mrs. Magdalena Kilar (Guest Relations Manager), who was exceptionally hospitable. She showed great sensitivity towards our need for gluten-free foods, gave us the feeling of being special guests, and made us feel at home, we are full of appreciation and gratitude.

I regularly stay in this hotel as it is in the centre of Warsaw but located on a quiet street offering piece required after a busy day. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and bathrooms generous in size and quality toiletries although I prefer individual little containers of shampoo,body lotion and small soap as was in the past to big bottles mounted above the washbasin and in the shower area as I found at present. Somehow it lowers the tone. The restaurant offers modern, sophisticated menu suitable for all. The staff is obliging and happy to help.

This is defo a hidden gem and I cannot believe I discovered it so late, after staying in all the other 5* hotels in Warsaw. Loooove the rooms! Every one. Standard room is so very spacious and great value for money. In each you have a comfortable bed, great bathroom, and all the amenities needed. Superb location of the hotel, close to all of the main points in town. And staff was just exceptional! Will definitely come back here.

Hotel's location is really nice - just in the city center, but on some quite street with lots of nice places to eat and have a drink. The building itself is really beautiful, I just loved the lobby designed more like orangery with lots of light and space. Rooms are of a good size and bed is so convenient!

A very spacious light and bright room with big windows. A big comfortable bed with a small living room and a kitchenette. The staff is really really nice, although a little bit timid and reserved. It's a dog friendly hotel, where the dog gets it's own king-size dog bed.
